Why You Should Engage An Accredited Law Firm

Finding a law firm and solicitor to help you with a legal matter is rarely an easy exercise. With an abundance of law firms across the South Coast, you are faced with an almost endless number of options.

You may decide to engage a law firm based upon their specialist expertise within a certain area of the law. At Simpkins and Co, our areas of expertise include personal injury, clinical negligence, employment, business and litigation law.

Many people who are looking for a solicitor also use the friendliness and initial rapport that they have with a firm as a deciding factor. Our friendliness and professionalism is an integral part of the client focused service that we provide.

Have you ever considered the accreditations that a law firm has when you are deciding whom to engage? The accreditations held by a firm are a strong indicator of where their expertise is. Once you are aware of the expertise that each firm has, you will be able to make an informed decision about who to engage.
